This 12-week ADHD Skills Group offers evidence-based, cognitive-behavioral strategies developed by experts at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School specifically for adults with ADHD. In a warm, understanding environment, you'll learn concrete skills to manage the real-life challenges of ADHD that complement any treatment approach you may currently be using.

Research shows participants experience significant improvements that last—with an almost 50% reduction in self-reported ADHD symptoms after treatment, and benefits maintained at 6 and 12-month follow-ups.
