What to Expect:
This 20-week DBT Skills Group provides a structured, evidence-based framework for building practical skills that support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. Through psychoeducation, guided exercises, discussion, and real-world practice, participants develop tools to better understand emotions, respond intentionally, and improve relationships.

Duration: 20 weeks
Start Date: We recruit for groups on an ongoing basis. Your intake coordinator will be able to give you more information about the start date of the next cycle.

Cost: Aetna in-network; sliding scale $100-150 per session
