“Therapy is a collaborative space where you are in charge of the direction and pace of your growth. My role is to walk alongside you as you clarify what matters most, set goals that reflect your values, and explore the barriers that may be standing in the way.

To help you build practical skills, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). These methods provide structure and tools to address specific symptoms while promoting meaningful change outside of sessions. Early on, we’ll talk openly about these tools and decide together what feels right for you.

At the heart of my approach is creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. This means recognizing and building on your existing strengths, rather than focusing only on what’s difficult. Starting therapy is a courageous step, and I’m committed to making this process transparent and collaborative. The goal is not just to address challenges, but to build lasting confidence in your ability to lead a life that feels authentic and truly your own.”
